Rose Barron

Rose F. Barron, 93, of Greensburg, formerly of Pittsburgh, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2017. She was born April 11, 1924, in Evansville, Minn., a daughter of the late Albert J. and Clara Bah Flor. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Fred; a grandson Scott Austin; a brother James Flor; and two sisters: Avis Wahlin and Eunice Erickson. She is survived by three daughters: Nancy Krutar and husband Rudolph of Ft. Washington, Md., Arlene Snider of Columbus, Ohio, and Jacque Johnston of Greensburg; three grandsons: Steven Volz and wife Kristeen, of Fort Wayne, Ind., Adam Johnston and wife April of Monroeville, and Matthew Krutar and wife Leticia of MD; a granddaughter Charlene Kotraba and husband Matt of Vir.; and nine great-grandchildren. Family and friends will be received from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Sunday, September 10, at the BARNHART FUNERAL HOME, 505 E. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg. A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. in the funeral home. Private interment will be in Birmingham Cemetery, Whitehall.
