Sondra D. Albright, 77, of Greensburg, died Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Excela Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. She was born August 12, 1935 in New Cumberland, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Jack B. and Alice Beatty Dear. Sondra was an active volunteer for several area organizations. She was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing Mahjong. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Burl E. Albright and a brother Jack B. Dear, II. She is survived by two daughters: Vicki V. Mazurek and husband David of Peninsula, Ohio and Leslie V. Immel of Greensburg and four grandchildren: Caitlyn L. Ryan, Lauren E. Immel, Kyle J. Mazurek, and Jacqueline D. Mazurek. Family and friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at the BARNHART FUNERAL HOME, 505 E. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg. Private entombment will be in St. Clair Cemetery, Greensburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Christian Laymen Corps, 258 E. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601.
