Jane Taylor Hollman

Age 74, of Pennsbury Village, on Sunday, April 23, 2017. Beloved Sister of Mary Ruth (Ward) Kelsey and Lew (Ruth) Hollman; Cherished Aunt of Michael (Linda) Davis, Susan Rosepink, Webster (Kate) Kelsey, and Will, Robert, and Rebecca Hollman; Great-Aunt of Michael, Jonathan, and Emily Davis and Wally and Betty Lou Kelsey; Dear Cousin of William (Kathie) Wollett; also survived by numerous friends. Jane retired from Upper St. Clair School District after many years of teaching English to high school students. She was involved in many high school activities, including the yearbook and National Honor Society, and she was a founding member of the Hall of Fame. She was an avid fan of Pittsburgh sports and enjoyed cooking and sharing food with family and friends. She spent her retirement years following her passion for Shakespeare by teaching seniors many of his plays and poems just for fun. She had a wonderful sense of humor and made Shakespeare's works come alive. She passed peacefully with her family at her side on the day Shakespeare was born and died. No public visitation. A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 11 a.m. in Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2040 Washington Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15241.
