Age 87, of Bower Hill, peacefully passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2017 after a long and courageous battle with multiple sclerosis. Treasured Sister of Eleanora Mussill, Elizabeth (Gilbert) Conn, the late Julia Davison, and Carl Schneider; Daughter of the late Charles and Eleanora Schneider; Loving Aunt of Alvin (Carla) Mussill, Sharon (David) Fryer, Douglas (Sharon) Schneider, Timothy (Jan) Conn, Vickie (Richard) Buzzelli, Paul (Janet) Conn, Edward (Susan) Conn, Charles (Sherry) Davison, and the late Linda Spratt; also survived by many caring great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews. Early in her life, Norma worked for General Electric for many years. She enjoyed singing and all music, especially Elvis and big bands. Even though Norma was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at a young age, she always enjoyed life to the fullest. She will be remembered for her sense of humor and love for her family. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Kane-Scott, Floor 3A, and Ann and Jen of Three Rivers Hospice for the care and support given to Norma and her family.
