Walter Rybarski

Walter T. Rybarski, Age 81, of Canonsburg died Sunday, September 12, 2004 at 9:00 P.M., in his home. He was born September 18, 1922 in Finleyville, the son of Roman and Mary (Kluritik) Rybarski. Mr. Rybarski graduated from DePaul Institute of Pittsburgh. He was a machine operator for 43 years at Union Camp. He also was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church. Mr. Rybarski was a member of Pittsburgh Association for the Deaf & Western PA Deaf Senior Citizens. Mr. Rybarski loved to fish and work in the garden. On May 31, 1957 he married his beloved wife of 47 years, Shirley Anne Flint who survives. Surviving is one son, Timothy Rybarski of Long Valley, NJ and two daughters, Amy Pieno of Hatteras, NC and Diana Morris of Washington, PA. Also surviving are four grandchildren; Kailee and Johnny Pieno, Corrine and Alec Rybarski. One brother, Tom Rybar of Carmel, IN, two sisters Bernice DeBoe of Canonsburg, and Nancy Trylko of Houston, PA and many nieces and nephews. Deceased is his stepmother Anna (Gall) Rybarski, two brothers Edwin and Wallace Rybarski, also two sisters Naomi Newell and Ruth Rybarski. Friends will be received on Tuesday, September 14, and Wednesday, September 15, 2004 from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. in Salandra Funeral Service, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra, Supervisor, 304 West Pike Street, Canonsburg, PA. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, September 16, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. in St. Genevieve Church, Canonsburg. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray. In lieu of flowers family requests donations to Hospice Care of Washington Hospital c/o The Washington Hospital Foundation, 155 Wilson Avenue, Washington, PA 15301.
