Evelyn M. Beschler, 94, of rural Bellefonte, passed away at her home surrounded by her family on Thursday, February 16, 2017. She was born on January 18, 1923 in Clarion, PA, a daughter of the late Forrest S. and Grace M. Pence Bish. On June 19, 1943, she married Earl C. Beschler who preceded her in death on January 7, 1986. Evelyn was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She was cared for in recent years by the wonderful ladies of Home Instead and her grandson, Matt Glunt, who was her angel on earth. She was a member of the Church of the Good Shepard. Evelyn is survived by her daughters, Kathy L. Barton and her husband, Larry and Kimberly A. Glunt and her husband Stephen (Tom) ; her grandchildren Tina Porter( husband, Eric), Brian Barton, Kristopher Glunt (wife, Michele), Matthew Glunt( fiance Brittany Guenot) and Shawn Glunt. She also was survived by her six great grandchildren. In addition to her parents. she was preceded in death by her brothers, Kenneth and Willis Bish. Family and friends will be received at the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, 201 Spring St, Mileburg on Sunday, February 19, 2017 from 1:30 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 P.M. with Pastor Frank Skies officiating. Burial will be in Port Matilda Cemetery, Port Matilda, PA. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of The Dean K.
