Charles “Bugsy” Hill, Sr., 65, of New Castle passed away on November 17, 2019 at UPMC Jameson Hospital.

Born in Ellwood City on September 26, 1954 he was the son of the late John and Virginia Houk Hill.

Bugsy had worked for Universal- Rundle Corp.

A loving father and grandfather he enjoyed spending time with his family.

Bugsy is survived by his children, Jennifer (Michael) Waters, Charles Hill, Jr, Christopher Hill, and Timothy Hill all of New Castle, his brother William (Ruth) Hill of Port Orchard, WA, his sister, Kathy (Ken) Hogue of Prospect, PA, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Bugsy was preceded in death by two brothers.

Visitation will be on Tuesday 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 941 South Mill St.

A service will be conducted on Tuesday at the funeral home at 6:00 p.m. Rev. Alonzo Watters of Victory Christian Center will officiate.
