Peter R. Panziani, 70, of New Castle passed away the evening of November 24, 2019.

Born on November 24, 1949 in Philadelphia, PA he was the son of the late Peter and Mary Rocco Panziani.

Peter was a Police Officer for the Ellwood City Police Department serving from 1979 to 1991 before retiring and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police. Peter also had worked as a Barber.

Peter was a member of Holy Spirit Parish.

Peter was Veteran having served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps from 1969 to 1972.

Peter enjoyed hunting, and riding his motorcycle.

Peter is survived by his sister, Penny Panziani of New Castle, his Girlfriend and Soulmate, Alice Viccari, his two Aunts, Mary Jane Olson, Nathal Ponziani, close friends, Jeff and Veronica Wharry, their children, AnnaLynn and Jonalyn and several cousins in New Castle and Philadelphia.

Visitation will be on Wednesday 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 941 South Mill St.

A Blessing Service will be held on Wednesday at the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Deacon Richard Stone of St. John the Baptist Maronite Catholic Church will officiate.

Entombment will be in Castle View Memorial Gardens.
