Philip F. DeCarbo
<p>Philip F. DeCarbo, Jr, 68, of Neshannock Township passed away the morning of November 16, 2019 at his residence.</p><p><br></p><p>Born on April 17, 1951 he was the son of the late Philip DeCarbo, Sr. and Jane Russell DeCarbo.</p><p><br></p><p>On October 2, 1970 he married his beloved wife the former Colleen Gallagher who survives.</p><p><br></p><p>Philip had been an owner and operator of DeCarbo Express Trucking Company. He later worked for Auto Zone before he retired.</p><p><br></p><p>Philip enjoyed spending time at home being surrounded by his family.</p><p>In addition to his wife, Philip is survived by his daughter, Heather D. Harcar and her husband John of New Castle and two grandchildren, Hannah and Haley.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to his parents, Philip was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Hill Hartman.</p><p><br></p><p>Honoring his wishes there is no visitation and the service is private. Arrangements have been entrusted the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 3000 Wilmington Road.</p><p><br></p>Obituary
