Rosemary E. Latess, 87, formerly of Lakewood Road, passed away the morning of August 8, 2017 at Golden Hill Nursing Home. Born on July 31, 1930 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Frank S. and Philomena Paolone Audia. Surviving is her beloved husband of 68 years, Anthony Latess Sr., whom she married on May 14, 1949.

Rosemary was a member of St. Vitus Church. She loved playing piano, baking, and golfing, and she also enjoyed traveling.

In addition to her husband, Rosemary is survived by her children, Anthony Latess Jr. of Philadelphia, PA, Dennis Latess and wife Susan of Columbiana, OH, Joseph Latess and wife Carleen of Cranberry Township, PA, and Robert Latess and wife Rhonda of New Castle; brother, Samuel Audia of New Hampshire; and six grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Richard, Frank, and Donald Audia.

Visitation will be held Friday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S Mill St. Family and friends are asked to meet at St. Vitus Church on Saturday for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am, officiated by Father Zach Galiyas.

Interment will take place in St. Vitus Cemetery.
