Charles Eberle

Charles Eberle, 83, of Red Hill, passed away July 14, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Jean (McCabe) Eberle. Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Charles Eberle Sr. and Irene (Shatto) Eberle. Charles served his country honorably in the Air Force. He was a manager for the Nabisco Company in Philadelphia for over 30 years before retiring. He was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, Pennsburg. Surviving with his wife are his three sons: Charles Jr., William, and Richard; a daughter, Jaye Steuterman; four step-sons; eight grandchildren; and one great granddaughter. Services: A Memorial Mass will be at 11 AM on Monday, July 24 at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 1325 Klinerd Road, Pennsburg. Friends may visit from 10-11 AM at the church. He will be interred with full military honors at Washington’s Crossing National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the church.
