Beatrice L. Trauger

Beatrice L. “Bette” Trauger, of East Rockhill Township, formerly of Sellersville, passed away Saturday, August 11, 2018, in The Community at Rockhill, West Rockhill Township. She was 84.<br><br>She was the beloved wife of the late Donald M. Trauger, who died in 2005.<br><br>Born in Sellersville, she was the daughter of the late Edward S. and Anna (Nelling) Senior.<br><br>Bette had been employed for many years as a quality control technician and then a receptionist at the former Delbar Products, Perkasie. <br><br>She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Perkasie.<br><br>A member of the Nase-Kraft American Legion, Post 255 Auxiliary, Sellersville, Bette was also a charter member of the Perkasie Owls, Nest 1224 Ladies Auxiliary, and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Sellersville Fire Department.<br><br>She is survived by her children, Gerald Beck and his wife, Leigh, of Hilltown Township; two daughters, Cara L. Harris and her husband, Michael, of East Rockhill Township, and Jodi L. Walton-Ball and her husband, Jonathan, of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada; ten grandchildren; and a brother, Donald Senior, of East Rockhill Township.<br><br>In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Dorothy, Kay, and Jeanne, and six brothers, Edward, Warren, Robert, Charles, William, and Kenneth.<br><br>Her memorial service will be held at 4:30 p.m., Saturday, August 18, in Trinity Lutheran Church, 19 South Fifth Street, Perkasie, PA 18944, where a visitation will be held from 3:30 p.m. until the time of service.<br><br>Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.<br><br>In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Bette’s name may be made to the Bucks County Free Library, 150 South Pine Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.<br><br>
