Andrea L. Stanfield, 69, of Shippensburg, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2017 at her home. Born Monday, November 10, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Andrew J. and Adeline R. Krevis Krzyzosiak. Andrea was of the Catholic Faith. She was a graduate of Greencastle Amtrim High School. She retired from Letterkenny Army Depot as a Systems Analyst and continued working at Letterkenny with CSC general contracting. She was a member of the Greencastle VFW and American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She loved and cherished her family, especially her grandchildren and she had a true love for animals. Surviving are one daughter, Dawn M. (husband John, Jr.) Shoop, Shippensburg; two step sons, Allen P. (wife Michelle) Stanfield, Big Rock, TN and Michael Stanfield, Hagerstown, MD; two granddaughters; Chelsea M. Shoop, and Amber L. (husband Michael) Miller, all of Shippensburg; one brother, Andrew J. Krzyzosiak, Greencastle; one nephew, Steven M. Krzyzosiak, Shippensburg, and one niece, Jennifer Krzyzosiak, Zullinger, PA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one step son, Chester L. “Lee” Stanfield, Jr. and sister in-law, Norma Krzyzosiak. A memorial service will be held Monday, July 24, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium Remembrance Chapel, with the Rev. Richard Fluke II officiating. Burial will be private. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the Remembrance Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to one’s favorite Animal shelter.
