Clover Hoy

Clover Elizabeth Hoy, 95, of Shippensburg, passed away Monday, July 3, 2017 at Elmcroft of Shippensburg. Born Tuesday, August 30, 1921 in Oakville, Cumberland County, she was a daughter of the late Edgar Simon and Lillian Mae Beam Heberlig. Clover was a member of the Grace United Church of Christ, Shippensburg. She was a graduate of the Shippensburg Area Senior High School. Clover loved and cherished her family. She is survived by three sons, Robert E. (wife Carol) Miller, James E. (wife Jacqueline) Hoy, and Thomas L. (wife Lauri) Hoy; one daughter, Susan A. (David ) Rohr, all of Shippensburg; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; four step great grandchildren , and two great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur M. Hoy who passed away July 16, 1988, four brothers and three sisters. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral home & Crematorium with Pastor Craig Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
