Charles E. Rausch of Doylestown Township passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2011, at home.. He was 85. He was the husband of Dorothy Greenjack Rausch for 60 years.. Born April 20, 1926, in Philadelphia, Charles was the son of Eugene Rausch and Anna Wirth. He retired in 1990 as a corporate senior vice president for Ametek in Paoli. Mr. Rausch was a World War II naval veteran. He was proud to have served on the USS Stevens and attended many of their reunions. Charles enjoyed traveling in his retirement. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Eugene, Charles and Michael; two daughters, Diane Belden and Margaret Delia; 13 grandchildren; and a sister, Margaret Mielenhausen. His funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 16, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 235. E. State St., Doylestown, where the viewing will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
