Colleen M. Jackson Colleen M. Jackson a resident of Chalfont passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at her residence. Colleen was the wife of Bruce W. Jackson. Born in Paterson, NJ, she was a daughter of Eileen and the late Edward Moore. In addition to her mother and husband, Colleen is survived by 2 sons Brian and his wife Lindsay and Kevin and his wife Nicole. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Alice, Anne, Molly and Liam, 2 brothers, Raymond and Edward Moore and his wife Victoria; her mother-in-law and step father-in-law Dorothy and John Dragan. Also survived by her niece Amy Moore and nephew Edward Moore. Relatives and friends are invited to Colleen’s funeral mass, 10:00 am Friday, October 18, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Easton and County Line Roads, Warrington. Entombment will be held privately in Whitemarsh Memorial Park.
