Elaine McAnally (nee Murphy) of Upper Southampton, Pa., died peacefully on Thursday January 11th, 2018 at her home, surrounded by her family. Elaine was 78 years old. Born in Philadelphia she was the daughter of the late James and Edna Murphy. Elaine was a graduate of St. Hubert Catholic High School for Girls, class of 1957. She had moved to Bucks County in 1963, with her loving husband Charles R. McAnally. Together they shared 60 years of marriage. Elaine was employed by the County of Bucks, where she worked in Voter Registration and had retired as administrative assistant to Sandra Miller. In addition to her husband, Elaine is survived by her 3 sons Michael (Jodie), Patrick (Celeste), and Mark Elaine's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00AM on Wednesday January 17, 2018, at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Southampton, PA. Internment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 PM at the Shelly Funeral Home 1460 Easton Rd., Warrington PA., and on Wednesday from 10:00AM until the time of Mass at the church.
