Joseph Lundsten

J. Glenn Lundsten, a resident of Pipersville for the past 70 years, passed away Friday, April 6, 2012, at his residence. He was 95. He was the loving husband of Della Lundsten. The couple would have celebrated their 71st wedding anniversary this May Born in Easton, Pa., he was a son of the late Andrew and Molly Lundsten. Glenn was the owner and operator of Glenn Lundsten Piano Tunning. Glenn was an accomplished violinist. He enjoyed playing violin with several orchestras, and the Branch Creek Valley Hayseeds. Glenn was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Perkasie. In addition to his wife, Glenn is survived by a son, Robert L. (Ann Marie), and a daughter, Bonnie Thomasik (Stanley). He also is survived by four grandchildren, Jenny, Jamie, Jason and Brandon; and nine great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Glenn's funeral service 11 a.m. Thursday, April 12, at the First Baptist Church of Perkasie, 1600 N. Fifth St., Perkasie, PA 18944, where the family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will follow in Plumsteadville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of Perkasie at the above address.
