Kaitlin Murphy

Kaitlin Mary Murphy, a resident of Doylestown since 1998, formerly of Warminster, passed away Monday, May 21, 2012, at Doylestown Hospital with her family by her side. She was 23. Born in Philadelphia, she was the loving daughter of Tim and Pat Murphy; and the loving granddaughter of Mary Murphy of Warminster, and the late Eugene, and the late Joe and Claire Murphy. Kaitlin attended Tamanend Middle School and graduated from Central Bucks South High School, Class of 2007. Kaitlin also had attended Penn State University. Kaitlin enjoyed playing soccer and basketball with the Warrington Athletic Association as well as AAU Basketball with the Bucks County Wildcats. Kaitlin brought great joy and love to all around her. She was a loving and caring daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, aunt, and friend. In addition to her parents and maternal grandmother, Kaitlin is survived by three brothers, Tim Jr. (Jessica), Sean (Annemarie), and Patrick (Megan); and Kaitlin's boyfriend, Tim McGinty and family. Kaitlin also is survived by her godfather, Dom Guardiani (Rose), Aunt Colleen and Joe Flood, Uncle Brian and Susan Murphy, Aunt Catherine Chaykowski; a niece, Mena Murphy; and a nephew and godson, Tim Murphy III. Kaitlin's funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Thursday, May 24, at St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 856 Euclid Ave., Warrington, PA 18976, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, and from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Thursday. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
