Lawrence Farina

Lawrence Farina, a 22 year resident of Warrington, passed away on Sunday August 6, 2017. He was 85. Larry was the husband of Rita Farina. Larry was an active parishioner of St. Robert Bellarmine Church where he served as an usher. He enjoyed sketching, primarily biblical scenes, working in his garden and playing the harmonica. He was a handyman and could fix just about anything. In his later years, he enjoyed playing with his stocks and trips to Florida. In addition to his wife, Larry is survived by a daughter Janet DiTroia (Fred) a son Joseph (Kim), 4 grandchildren, Nicole, Jonathon, Jason and Anthony and a great granddaughter Rosie. He is also survived by 2 sisters, Pat Anelli and Mary Martino and 2 sister in laws, Margie and Terry Farina. He was preceded in death by brothers Carmelo, Tony and John. Lawrence’s funeral service will 10:00 am Saturday, August 12, 2017 at the Shelly Funeral Home, 1460 Easton Road, Warrington where the family will receive friends after 9:00 am.
