Margaret Bradley Obituary

Margaret “Maggie” Bradley was called home by her Heavenly Father on December 1, 2017. Margaret was born in Philadelphia to Sherman and Anna Koons on June 29, 1923, and was the last surviving member of that family. As a young woman she worked as a flight attendant for Eastern and Continental Airlines, and later as an Ambassador for Cunard Cruise Lines where she was fortunate to travel the world. Maggie is survived by her five children: Dianne Armstrong and husband Scott, Jim and wife Carolyn, Meg and husband George, Brian and wife Kathy and Karen and husband Kevin; thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Maggie enjoyed a long and wonderful life. She was an incredibly hard working and kind woman who took care of many. Once asked what her greatest accomplishment was, without hesitation, she replied “raising my five beautiful children”. Maggie was truly loved by all who knew her, and will forever live on in our hearts and minds. The family will receive friends on Wednesday December 6, 2017 at Saint Genevieve Catholic Church. 1225 Bethlehem Pike, Flourtown, PA from 9:00am until the time of her Funeral Mass at 10:00am. The Internment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
