Michael Smolinsky

Michael Smolinsky, a former resident of Hilltown Township since 1954, passed away on Friday, February, 12, 2016. He was 91. Michael was the beloved husband of the late Leona. A US Army veteran, Michael was proud to have served during WWII. He retired as a master carpenter and enjoyed working with his hands. He was an active member of St. Anne Ukrainian Catholic Church and volunteered his help with the Bingo games. Michael is survived by 2 daughters, Gerry Schuster and Marianne Forde (Gregory), 2 sons, John (Patti) and Michael (Robin), 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, a brother and 2 sisters. Michael’s Requiem of Divine Liturgy will be 2:00 pm, Friday, February 19, 2016 at St. Anne Ukrainian Catholic Church, 1545 Easton Rd, Warrington, PA 18976 where the family will receive friends 1:00 pm until the time of service. Interment will be held privately in Washington Crossing National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anne Church at the address above.
