Raul Pabon

Raul Pabon, 75, of Woonsocket passed away at Landmark Medical Center on October 1st, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico on July 9th, 1944, he was a son of the late Hermino and Antonia (Carrasquillo) Pabon. He is survived his children, Raul Pabon Jr, Orlando Pabon, Luis Pabon, Raul Alexis Pabon, Erick Garcia, Pablo Pabon, Omar Pabon, Victor Pabon, Aurelio Pabon, Edwin Pabon, Jesus Pabon and one daughter Margarita Laboy. He is also survived by his sisters, Angela Pabon, Milagos Pabon and Andrea Pabon along with 28 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Raul was predeceased by three brothers and one sister. Raul was an independent and strong-minded man who loved to spend many hours fishing and playing Dominos. He loved Spanish food, especially his daughter’s Guiso Stew and enjoyed cooking his best pork shoulder. He was a quiet man who always enjoyed a good cowboy movie which he would watch with his children. He had a large family with many children, grandchildren and great grandchildren by whom he will be sorely missed. Raul’s ashes will be scattered at sea and will be private.
