Yilmaz Dogan
Yilmaz Kahraman Dogan, age 62, passed away in the presence of his loving family on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at his home in South Attleboro, Massachusetts. Born in Bolu, Turkey, Yilmaz immigrated to Rhode Island during his childhood. He served in the United States Army as a young adult and had a long career as a master carpenter and contractor. He married the love of his life, Denise, on January 12, 1991. Known for his tenacious spirit, patriotism and talented skills in the trade of carpentry and home-building, Yilmaz valued family above all else. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed gardening and cooking. He is survived by his wife Denise, daughters Amelia Dogan and Nolyn Simoes, grandsons Kevin, Conner and Ashton, aunt Saime Price, uncle Thomas Price, sister Yasare Calvo, brothers Yasar Varsen and Arif Varsen, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.Obituary
