Gaffney -- Beatrice Hannah Brock, 91, of 181 Hemlock Road, Gaffney, passed away Friday, October 12th, 2012 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born in Chesterfield, Mrs. Brock was the wife of the late Roy Lee Brock and the daughter of the late Boss Jackson Hannah and the late Nannie Teal Hannah. She worked in the textile industry and was a member of White Plains Baptist Church. Mrs. Brock is survived by one son, Benjamin Roy Brock of Chester; two daughters, Blonnie Lee Turney of Rock Hill and Betty Lou Smiley of Gaffney; one sister, Betty Lee Kimry of Norwood, NC; 19 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Scarlett Faile, and one son, Johnny Ray Brock, seven brothers and two sisters. The family will receive friends Monday, October 15th, 2012 from 12:00pm - 1:00pm at White Plains Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 15th, at 1:00pm at White Plains Baptist Church with Rev. Bennie Davis and Rev. Nicholas King officiating. Interment will follow at Grand View Memorial Park in Rock Hill, SC. Memorials may be made to Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29303. The family will be at the residence.
