Blacksburg -- Charles Wayne White, 68, of 161 Bunny Trail, Blacksburg, passed away Wednesday, January 30th, 2013 at his residence. Born in Gaffney, Mr. White was the husband of Linda Phillips White of the home and the son of the late Charles Edward White and Molly Porter White. He retired from US Post Office and Magnolia Finishing and currently worked as a school bus driver for Cherokee County School District. He was a member of Rehoboth Baptist Church. In addition to his wife, Mr. White is survived by one son, Anthony White and wife Melissa of Blacksburg; two daughters, Debra White Teaster and husband Ransom of Pacolet and Nicole White Norman and husband Jeff of Blacksburg; one sister, Myra White Watts of Bristow, Virginia; Mother-in-law, Dorothy Burgess of Gaffney; 8 grandchildren, Brad White and Marisa Berry of Gaffney, Brock and Kelsee White of Mooresville, NC, Toni White of Blacksburg, Courtney Garner of Gaffney, Charly White of Blacksburg, Brooke White of Blacksburg, Mason Waltman and Valerie Waltman of Pacolet; and 2 great-grandchildren, Tinsley Brown of Blacksburg and Anastyn White of Gaffney. The family will receive friends Friday, February 1st, 2013 from 6:00pm - 7:30pm at Gordon Mortuary. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 2nd, at 2:00pm at Gordon Mortuary Chapel with Rev.
