Danny McDaniel

Kings Mountain -- Danny Eugene McDaniel, 59, of 210 Cleveland Ave, passed away Sunday, January 24th, 2016, at Kings Mountain Hospital. Born in Gaffney, he was the son of the late Clyde McDaniel and Lois Sanders McDaniel Hayes. Mr. McDaniel worked as a nurse and was of the Christian faith. Surviving Mr. McDaniel are three sisters, Iva Mullinax of Kings Mountain, Deborah Allen of Bessemer City, and Sharon Moore of Kings Mountain, and nine nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. McDaniel was preceded in death by a brother, Donny McDaniel. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 27th, 2016, from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Gordon Mortuary. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2:00 pm in the Gordon Mortuary Chapel with Bishop Ben Poole and Rev. Ron Caulder officiating. Interment will follow at Clingman Memorial Gardens. Wayne Jackson, Tim Jackson, Bryson Armstrong, Leroy White, Wesley Moore, and Roger Greason will serve as pallbearers.
