Blacksburg -- Danny C. (Darv) Thomas, 58, of 1085 Caldwell Road, passed away April 17th, 2011 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born in Warren, Ohio, Mr. Thomas was the widower of Robin Kay Pacurian Thomas and the son of the late Bernard Lee and Clarissa Corrine Gardner Thomas. Mr. Thomas worked in construction. Mr. Thomas is survived by two daughters, Erica Thomas of Rock Hill and Melanie Thomas of Charlotte; two sons, Bernard Thomas of Springtown, TX and Danny C. Thomas of Niles, OH; a brother, Bernard Duane Thomas, of Champion, OH; two sisters, June McFadden of Windhon, OH and Dee Ritchey of Garrettville, OH; and 14 grandchildren. In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Thomas. The family will be at their respective homes.
