York--Ernest Wesley Moses Jr., 75, of 5138 West Liberty Hill Road, passed away on January 8th, 2020 at his residence. Born in Gaffney, he was the son of the late Ernest Wesley Moses Sr. and Elizabeth Dover Moses. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers, Howard Moses, James Moses, Marvin Moses, Junior Moses and J.D. Moses. Surviving Mr. Moses are five sisters, Louise Love and Wilma Bolin of Blacksburg SC, Dorthy Pruitt of Gastonia NC, Annie Mae Ingle of Lincolnton NC, and Julie Stewart of Kings Mountain NC, and Brandy Bradshaw, a niece and Caregiver. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 11th at Gordon Mortuary from 1:30pm until 2pm. A funeral service will follow at 2pm at Gordon Mortuary Chapel in Blacksburg with Rev. Virgil Hampton officiating. Interment will follow at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, Blacksburg. Ricky Bradshaw, Dylan Blackburn, Clarence Cook and Pechele Perez will serve as pallbearers.
