Gaffney -- Floyd Holcomb, 68, of 235 Ford Road, passed away Tuesday, July 19th, 2016, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born in Gaffney, he was the husband of Lauretta Martin Holcomb and the son of the late Ralph Holcomb and Mary Martin Holcomb. Mr. Holcomb worked in Construction and was a member of Faith Baptist Church. In addition to his wife, Mr. Holcomb is survived by two sons, Kevin Holcomb and wife, Casey, of Gaffney and Devin Holcomb and fiance', Stephanie Lewis, of Gaffney; five brothers, Joe Dean Holcomb and wife, Carolyn, Boyd Holcomb and wife, Charlotte, Amos Holcomb and wife, Sally, Steve Holcomb and wife, Carolyn, and Edward Holcomb and wife, Patsy, all of Gaffney; one sister, Ethel Fowler and husband, Paul, of Gaffney; and three grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Faith Baptist Church, 246 Road, Gaffney, SC on Sunday, July 24, 2016 from 3:00-4:00 pm. Memorial services will immediately following at 4:00 at the church.
