Blacksburg -- Frankie Dale Ramsey Rinehart, 48, of 1736 Blacksburg Highway Lot 14, passed away peacefully Tuesday, March 23, 2010, at her home. Born in Gaffney, Mrs. Rinehart was the wife of Bill Rinehart and the daughter of Franklin Delano Ramsey of Blacksburg and the late Clara Jeanette Moss. She worked as a cashier and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her husband and father, Mrs. Rinehart is survived by two step-sons, William C. Rinehart Jr. of Rock Hill and Michael D. Rinehart of York; a sister, Wanda St. Pierre of Colorado; three step-brothers, Hugh Wayne Bayne of Gaffney, Jimmy Bayne of Blacksburg, and Danny Bayne of Blacksburg; and 2 granddaughters. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 until 8 PM at Gordon Mortuary. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 26, 2010, at 2 PM in the Gordon Mortuary Chapel.
