Grover -- Johnny Morris White, 50, of 247 Mallard Drive, passed away Monday, July 7th, 2014, doing what he loved to do on State Line Carp Lake. Born in Kings Mountain, he was the fiance of Angela Webb and the son of Mildred Louise Gregory and the late Morris White. Mr. White worked in tree service and loved fishing. In addition to his fiance and mother, Mr. White is survived by two brothers, Marty Wayne Bolin of Grover and Carl Edward White of Earl and three sisters, Mary Davis of Patterson Springs, Linda Diane White of Kings Mountain, and Barbara Murray of Grover. Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 2:00 pm in the Gordon Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Taylor officiating. The family will be at the residence.
