Jonathan LeCroy

Pacolet -- Johnathan Robert LeCroy, 49, of 6126 Union Highway, passed away Monday, November 11 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born in Gaffney, he was the fiancé of Linda Blanton Jolly and the son of Mary Millen Selph of Rockingham, NC and the late Raymond Orbit LeCroy and Carolyn Cooper LeCroy. He worked as Maintenance Supervisor for Precision Valve and DSE and attended Oakbrook Community Church. He was a member of the pit crew with Rambo Racing and he was a veteran of the US Navy. In addition to his mother, Mr. LeCroy is survived by five daughters, Megan Whiten and spouse Brandt of Union, Melissa LeCroy of Pacolet, Dianna Cooksey and Jamie Cooksey of Gaffney, and Lacey Smith and husband Brad of Gaffney; two step-sons, Derek Jolly of the home and Blake Varner of Hawaii; one step-daughter, Ashton Harris of Whitmire; eight grandchildren, Ethan Dazis of Pacolet, Holden Cooksey, Braylon Givens, Mason Smith, and Gavin Smith of Gaffney, Johnathan Luke of Union, Baby Peeler of Pacolet, and Natalie Harris of Whitmire. The family will receive friends Friday, November 15th, 2013 from 6:00 pm -7:30 pm at Gordon Mortuary. Graveside services will he held Saturday, November 16th, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Oakland Cemetery with Rev. Randy Burgess, Mr. Billy Westbrooks, Mr. Dennis Franklin, Mr. Mike Walker officiating. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery. Billy Westbrooks, Billy McCurry, Doug Scoggins, Dennis (Rambo) Franklin, Bobby Pierce, and Lucas Mello will serve as pallbearers.
