Gaffney -- Marie Cash Wray, 79, formerly of Blacksburg, passed away Tuesday, July 12th, 2016. Born in Kings Mountain, NC, she was the widow of Carl Wray and the daughter of the late Grady Cash and Eunice Cash. Mrs. Wray was a Homemaker and was of Baptist faith. Mrs. Wray is survived by one son, Jackie Wray of Blacksburg; three daughters, Frances Radford and husband, Bruce, of Dallas, NC, Roxanne Ruppe and husband, Donald, of Gaffney, and Lee Loveless and husband, Chris, of Blacksburg; three brothers, Gene Cash of Newton-Conover, NC, Ray Cash and wife, Tina, of Hickory, NC, and Carl Cash of Lattimore, NC; one sister, Shirley Hale and husband, Don, of Grover, NC; seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Joe Hutchins. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 14th, 2016, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Gordon Mortuary, 400 West Cherokee Street, Blacksburg, South Carolina 29702. Funeral services will immediately follow at 1:00 pm at Gordon Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Donald White officiating. Interment will follow at Clingman Memorial Gardens. Shane Rogers, Chris Loveless, Kyle Loveless, Donald Ruppe, Bruce Radford, and Jackie Wray will serve as pallbearers. The family will be at their respective homes.
