Maybelle Sheppard

Gaffney -- Maybelle McDaniel Sheppard, 85, of 101 Park Court, passed away Wednesday, November 13th, 2019, at Magnolias of Gaffney. Born in Gaffney, she was the widow of Donald Sheppard and the daughter of the late Buren and Kate McDaniel. Mrs. Sheppard retired from texttiles and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. Surviving Mrs. Sheppard are three sons, Mark Sheppard and wife, Melissa, Allan Sheppard and wife, Tracy, all of Blacksburg, and Brian Sheppard and wife, Gina, of Mocksville, NC; two sisters, Frances Parker and Sandra Wilkerson, both of Blacksburg; two brothers, Durham McDaniel of Gaffney and Clayton McDaniel of New Mexico; three grandchildren; one step-grandchild; one great-grandchild; and three step-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 15th, 2019, from 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm at Antioch Baptist Church with a memorial service immediately following at 1:30 pm with Rev. Vernon Craig officiating. Memorials may be made to Antioch Baptist Church, 839 Antioch Rd, Blacksburg, SC 29702. The family will be at their respective homes.
