Gaffney -- Patricia Albers Rumfelt, 60, of 135 Brookstone Lane, passed away Thursday, January 2nd, 2014 at her residence. Born in Charleston, SC, she was married to William Lee "Bill" Rumfelt of the home and the daughter of the late Henry Albers and Lorene Adams Albers. She was employed by Carolina Billing Services and was of the Lutheran faith. Patricia was a graduate of Winthrop University and a loyal Clemson fan. She enjoyed travel, games, and shopping. She moved to the upstate in June of 1976 and always chose to call this area her home. In addition to her husband, Patricia is survived by two sisters, Linda Vick and husband, Joe, of Awandaw, SC and Ann Newton and husband, Danny, of Mt. Pleasant, SC; seven nieces and nephews; and nine great-nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Sunday, January 5th, 2014, from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm at Gordon Mortuary. Cryptside services will follow at 3:00 pm at Clingman Memorial Gardens with Rev. Eddie Bolin officiating. The family will be at the residence.
