Blacksburg- Ray Edward Foster passed away August 3, 2020. He was born in Monroe, NC on November 9, 1947 to Grady and Louise Foster, who preceded him in death. He graduated from Sun Valley High School in 1966, and was a United States Army Veteran. He retired as an electrician and moved to Blacksburg, SC to enjoy mother nature, gardening, and exploring country roads on his motorcycle. He leaves behind his children; Tony Foster, Denise Foster, Desiree Foster, and Michelle Dixon, and siblings; Sylvia Foster, Roger Foster, Tommy Foster, and Lynn Paoli Guertin. Ray (Eddie) had been battling cancer for the last two years. The family will be handling his passing with a private memorial service.
