Blacksburg -- Thomas Wesley Yeager Jr., 63, 185 Knox's Farm Road, Blacksburg, passed away Friday, January 18th, 2013 at Upstate Carolina Medical Center. Born in Reynoldsville, West Virginia, Mr. Yeager was the husband of Judy Ruth Markley Yeager of the home and the son of the late Thomas Wesley Yeager Sr. and Ila Jean Hickmen Yeager. He worked as a materials handler for an electrical company and was a member of Bristol Methodist Church in Bristolville, Ohio . Mr. Yeager is survived by his wife, Judy; two brothers, William Yeager of Garrettsville, OH and Kenny Yeager of Kent, OH; a sister, Dixie Klien of Lyndurst, OH; and two grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Mr. Yeager was preceded in death by a son, Rodney Yeager; a brother, Randy Yeager, and a sister, Gladys Laveen. The family will receive friends Thursday, January 24, from 2:00 - 5:00 pm at Bristol United Methodist Church in Bristolville, Ohio. Funeral services will follow at 5:30 at Bristol United Methodist Church with Pastor Roger Norton officiating. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. Dinner will follow at the church.
