Victoria Dayanne Harris

Gaffney -- Victoria Dayanne Harris, 25, of 617 Filter Plant Road, passed away Tuesday, March 2nd, 2021, at Upstate Community Hospice House. Born in Shelby, she was the daughter of Joshua Andrew Harris (step-mother, Tammy) and Tina Ayers Harris (step-father, Shane Granger). Ms. Harris previously worked at Dollar Tree Distribution and was a member of Mt. Paran Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Ms. Harris is survived by her daughter, Zayleigh Dae Hopper, a brother, J.D. Harris, a sister, Ashley Harris, her maternal grandparents, Roger and Teresa Ayers, and two step-brothers, David and Mikey Camp. On her father's side, Ms. Harris was preceded in death by her grandparents, Andy J. and Linda Lou Harris, her paternal great-grandmother, Polly Ellis, and her maternal great-grandmother, Pearly Lane. On her mother's side, she was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandparents, William Frell Ayers Sr. and Rev. Florence Ayers, and her maternal great-grandparents, Gilbert and Blanche Waters Porter. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 6th, 2021, from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm at Gordon Mortuary. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm in the Gordon Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Gregg Martin officating. In llieu of flowers, donations may be made to Victoria Harris Funeral Fund, c/o Gordon Mortuary, PO Box 428, Blacksburg, SC 29702. The family will be at the residence.
