Leonard Daniel Moore
Leonard Daniel Moore, Sr., 86 of 3530 Furman Fendley Hwy, passed away Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice House. A native of Union County, he was the son of the late John C. Moore and the late Anna Outzs Moore and husband of the late Margie Camby Moore. Survivors include a son, Danny Moore of Jonesville, SC; a step son, Charles W. Bennett of Spartanburg, SC; one daughter, Vicki Elizabeth Neal of Jonesville, SC; one brother; Johnny Moore, Jr. of Jonesville, SC; two sisters; Virginia Scott of St. Augustine, Florida, and Betty Ogletree of Taylors, SC; twelve grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren; a longtime friend and employee, Mr. Dennis Lipsey. He was predeceased by a daughter, Phyllis Potts, a brother, C.W. Moore and a sister, Grace Nelson. A special thanks to Spartanburg Regional Hospice nurse, Peggy Green.
