Richard Tyrone Brown, 75, of Spartanburg passed away Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Spartanburg Regional Hospital. He was a native of Easley, SC and the son of the late Coley Brown and the late Joyce Ella Burns Brown and the husband of Geri Chumley Brown.
