Hazel Carrier passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Modern Care Givers Group, Piney Flats, Tennessee. She was a member of Feathers Chapel Church in Blountville, Tennessee. Mrs. Carrier was preceded in death by her parents Orville and Goldie Trivette; daughter Cindy Woods; granddaughter Ciara Woods and a brother, Orville (Bo) Trivette, Jr. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Bill Carrier; sisters Elizabeth Taylor, Audrey Woods and Becky Lowe; brother Johnny Trivette; Grandson Josh Woods and wife Marley; Great-granddaughter, Hadley Woods; and several nieces and nephews. A service will be held on Friday, January 29, 2021 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel at East Tennessee Funeral Home, 2630 Highway 75, Blountville, Tennessee, with Pastor Jason Hann officiating. Interment will follow at Glenwood Cemetery, Bristol, Tennessee. Pallbearers will be family and friends. East Tennessee funeral Home & Cemetery is honored to serve the family of Hazel Carrier.
