Charles Drake

Charles E. Drake, 76, Clarksville, died Saturday, February 13, 2010, at his residence. The remains are to be cremated. No services are planned. Mr. Drake was born on August 27, 1933 in Oswego, NY, son of the late Garnet and Laura Parkhurst Drake. Mr. Drake worked for Alcan Aluminum, he was a Veteran of the Korean War, he had his own band for 35 yrs., and was a member of the Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his son, Jason Paul Drake, Sr. Mr. Drake is survived by is wife, Barbara McLaggan Drake; daughter, Lorena Maone of Hanable, NY; sister, Sherry Rice of Oswego, NY; grandchildren, Jason Drake, Jr., Samantha Gross and Hailey Drake.
