DUNCAN, ISHOM - 84 of Highland Ave., Loudon, passed away Monday, May 27, 2013 at Parkwest Hospital. Ishom was retired from Maremont Corp. and had served for 23 years in the Air Force during WW II, Korea and Vietnam. Born in Harlan County, KY and preceded in death by son, Herman Duncan; parents, John and Cora Davenport Duncan; brother, William Duncan. Survivors: wife of 64 years, Frankie Girdner Duncan; children and spouses, Juanita and Jim Best, Johnny Duncan, Norman Duncan, James and Leigh Ann Duncan, Frank and Tiny Duncan, Loudon, Charles Duncan, Lenoir City; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; siblings and souses, Demps and Brenda Duncan, Thelma Jean Goodin, KY, Daniel and Alice Duncan, Faye and Walter Valentine, Ohio; nieces and nephews.
