Joyce A. Bivens 67, of Loudon passed away at Parkwest Medical Center. She is preceded in death by her parents; Lewis Damon and Zola Bridges. Survivors; husband, Gary Bivens of Loudon, daughter, Brooke Bivens of Loudon, daughter and son-in-law, Heather and Jon Beckman of Greenville S.C. brother, Gene Bridges of Loudon, several cousins and one nieces and two nephews.
