James Sanford Myers-age 76 of Maynardville passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2017 after a brief illness. He was a Christian whose hobbies included hunting and working in his yard. Preceded in death by parents, Roy Lee Myers and Mae Burnette Myers. Survivors: sons, Scott, Chris and Jimmy; daughters, Delinda and Sandy. Grandchildren, Kim, Kristie, Samuel, Ethan and James. Sister, Joyce Meltabarger and husband, Jim; two nephews, Tony and Marty Meltabarger. The family will receive friends 12-1 P.M. Saturday, April 22, 2017 with funeral service to follow 1 P.M. Saturday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Albert Womack officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery, Maynardville. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
