Mr. Allen Danny (Bud) Parkhurst,age, 73 of McMinnville, Tennessee passed from this life on Monday, June 10, 2019, at Saint Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville, Tennessee. Danny (Bud) was born on Thursday, December 27, 1945 in McMinnville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Burgess Parkhurst and the late Hazel Elrod. Danny (Bud) worked as a insurance salesman and was a member of Blues Hill Church of Christ in McMinnville, TN. Danny is survived by his son - Scott Allen Parkhurst and wife Jennifer daughter - Denise Kea and husband Morris 3 grandsons - Cody Parkhurst and wife Lindsay Wesley Parkhurst and wife Sera Nick Kea great grandson - Declan Parkhurst special sister - Faye Hale and husband Jimmy sister - Joanie Young and husband Bill brother - Mark Parkhurst and wife Robin Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive. In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by his sister Brenda Hall, brother-in-law Von Hall. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Friday at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home located at 415 North Chancery St. McMinnville, Tennessee 37110 with Gary Newby officiating. Interment will follow in the Wood Cemetery Family will receive friends on Thursday, June 13, 2019 from 4 to 8 PM at the funeral home and again Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM.
