Sammie Gertrude Jones, age 84 of McMinnville, Tennessee passed from this life on Saturday, April 6, 2019, at Saint Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville, Tennessee. Sammie was born Saturday, July 14, 1934 in Smithville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Fine Baine and the late Pearl Davis Baine. Sammie is survived by her: 4 sons - Ricky Jones Eddie Jones Jerry Jones Johnny King Jones Jr. 3 daughters - Linda Johnson Patricia Cantrell Pamela McElwain 19 grandchildren special great granddaughter - Macey Elizabeth Judkins Many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive. In addition to her parents, Sammie was preceded in death by her husband Johnny King Jones, and a daughter June Bouldin. A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home located at 415 North Chancery St. McMinnville, Tennessee 37110 with Danny Barnes officiating. Interment will be in Morrison Cemetery, Morrison, TN.
