Thomas James Herr, 81 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021, at NHC Healthcare of Cookeville in Cookeville, Tennessee. He was born Monday, March 25, 1940 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was the son of the late John and Dolores Pellant Herr. He enjoyed working in his shop. He could fix anything. Survivors include: Wife of 58 years- Kathe Herr Son- Chris Herr (Kristy) Grandchild- Trever Herr Brother- Michael Herr Several nieces, nephews, brothers-in-laws, and sisters-in-laws also survive.
