Frances Ellen Bennett, 80, of Abilene, passed away Monday, April 10, 2017. Visitation will be 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M Wednesday, April 13, 2017 at North’s Memorial Chapel, 242 Orange Street. Frances was born on September 30, 1936 to Fester Henry and Annie Lee (Burke) Cook in Hoxie, Arkansas. She was assistant manager for several Motel 6’s. She is survived by Katy Ann Bryant Chapman, Dale Bryant McDonald Eliel, Lena Fay Bryant, Raymond Warren Bryant and R. Cody Bryant and grandson John Spikes Bryant step children Russell John Bennett and Kacrinca Davis She was preceded in death by a son, Charles Rue Bryant and one step daughter, Carole Sue Bennett.
